1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the PN Elevator consulting platform. By accessing this website or booking a technical consultation, you agree to comply with the following terms:

  • Scope of Advisory: PN Elevator provides independent engineering advice, traffic calculations, and tender specification designs. We do not manufacture, sell, or physically install vertical elevator kits ourselves. All physical works are carried out by licensed elevator companies under separate agreements.
  • Simulation Data Accuracy: Traffic simulations and round-trip-time (RTT) forecasts are calculated based on the building parameters provided by the client (tenant size, floor layouts, peak metrics). Actual elevator waiting times may vary due to fluctuations in occupant behavior or technical breakdowns.
  • Intellectual Property: All custom structural layouts, CAD configurations, and visual cabin renderings generated through our visualizer dashboards remain the intellectual property of PN Elevator unless explicitly transferred via a consultancy agreement.

2. Privacy Policy

PN Elevator is committed to protecting client blueprints, project parameters, and personal contact details. This section outlines how we collect and manage data:

  • Contact Data Collection: We collect details submitted through our contact form (Name, Work Email, Contact Phone, and Project Requirements) to generate consultancy estimates.
  • WhatsApp Redirection: Our contact form redirects details to WhatsApp via the open API protocol. Submitting details signifies consent to transmit form inputs to our business chat interface.
  • File Transmission: Architectural plans and CAD files uploaded for tendering review are held in secure, encrypted cloud environments. They are accessed strictly by our checking engineers and never shared with third-party elevator manufacturers.
